I know these blogs are not grand in the scheme of things due to this barbaric UC system( no actully the whole DWP system is broken & absolutely shit)

To help me combat the suicide ideation and alcohol temptation. I am helping my fellow ESA TO UC MIGRATION FOLK.

Like when ye migrate they dont put ye WORK RELATED ACTIVITIES.

Which is there error & fit notes, when ye have had managed migration. Ye can find more out on work and bendirs on the regulations to say to them at knobcenter.

Or ye can follow me on twitter ( X) to see it all.

Also ye don’t have to do an online journal, when you go though CAB they do a phone only , ye only need to provide an email address & they will communicate via phone or post.

So if ye have a learning disability ( autistic or adhd) and have suicide ideation that is detrimental to ye MH. Than ye Dont need an online journal where ye get builled and told to write in it all the time. No one needs that shit, if ye at the brink of UC & STRESSED ALREADY.

But if ye do online ye can’t change to phone claim unless its a case of ye are the appointee and they need more support needs and adjustments.

Another day , moving closer to hellhole UC.
