Afternoon… to get straight to it. Everyone has not been able to eat out for 1 year. Unless outside ( since rules changed ) but me I do that anyway.

Well actually that changed , I am hermit and I tend not to eat out or with people. I have always had a food fear of people watching me eat. I don’t know where it transpires from ( wish I knew ). So what I decided to do is . Take a massive plunge ( heres me an adrenaline junkie who puts there life at risk) but can’t even eat in or order.

But yeah that plunge ( went off track sorry) I booked yo sushi and off I went. I got dressed up seeing as its been 1 year and this is a first time for me. I knew what train to get I had a taxi booked and train tickets booked the night before.

It was actually eating in the restaurant and ordering. So when I got to Milton Keynes . I got there 30 mins early . The wee lass let me in early too. I had to do that funky monkey track and trace and registration thing with there QR code. And do the same when ordering..First time around I could not get on the WiFi for system ordering. So ordered via the wee lass serving . No sooner after that the WiFi was connected and I could do they order system.

Its like a little menu you press what you or if you want 1 dish or more..I did one at a time. Plus its traffic light system. Red is not yours / Amber is food on the way. Green yours. And it works perfectly. And it’s a great system I enjoyed it watching food going up and down that convey belt.

I got unlimited green tea and a jug of water. I felt comfortable and people left me too it. Good thing about YO is there is no bright lights and it’s really nice and ambient. I felt very chilled. I ended up having 4 plates of sushi & 1 plate of strawberry mochi. Came to £16 which is reasonable i probably could of ate more but my bank balance would of dented me.

My confidence in YO has made me really happy and my day has gone very well. Thanks to the staff at YO.

If your a sushi lover ( not all fish ) and your ASD/ADHD I recommend this place. There are many about on different locations.

I will be coming here once a month , YO passed the test. And well I enjoyed it too.
